Kelly adds AI guidance, rate data to Sevayo intake
The update puts sourcing options, market benchmarks and voice-started requests in front of hiring managers before a requisition is placed.
Kelly has added AI guidance and live market-rate data to Sevayo, putting sourcing advice into the workflow where hiring managers begin a requisition, the company said in an Oct. 29 announcement. The additions also let managers start a request by speaking rather than typing.
Sevayo routes talent requests among contingent staffing, services procurement, freelance talent and direct sourcing, and applies governance and compliance controls before a requisition is placed. The new generative AI assistant lets managers ask questions in natural language while assessing their needs and workforce options. Rate benchmarks appear within that same workflow.
“Workforce outcomes are largely determined at the requisition, when a hiring manager decides what to buy, from whom, and at what rate,” Alan Stukalsky, Kelly’s chief product and technology officer, said in the statement.
The platform connects information from clients’ vendor management, applicant tracking and human resources information systems. It also brings together managed service provider and recruitment process outsourcing data, allowing clients to view supplier activity and spending across contingent and full-time hiring, according to Kelly.
The additions follow Kelly’s consolidation of its Helix, Helix UX and Sevayo Insights tools under the Sevayo name. Kelly describes the combined platform as the foundation for future agentic automation across its workforce programs, with infrastructure and use cases still being expanded.
