GrabAGun Digital Holdings has acquired firearms, ammunition and outdoor-products wholesaler Camfour for approximately $34 million in cash, adding a national dealer network to its digital retail and manufacturer logistics businesses, according to an October 27 company announcement. The transaction closed October 26, 2026.

Camfour, headquartered in Westfield, Massachusetts, will continue operating under its own name, with its own sales team and dealer terms. Existing sales contacts, ordering channels and account arrangements remained in place at closing. GrabAGun was already a long-standing Camfour customer.

The planned changes center on purchasing, inventory management and distribution. GrabAGun intends to apply its technology, AI and data analytics to Camfour’s operations, with the goal of improving product availability and inventory productivity. GrabAGun’s existing platform uses AI-driven demand forecasting, automated pricing across approximately 73,000 active stock-keeping units, automated procurement and inventory synchronization, the company said.

GrabAGun also plans to use its consumer demand data and logistics capabilities to help Camfour add manufacturer lines and expand drop-ship programs. Its manufacturer fulfillment business, PEW Logistics, will remain separate; manufacturers can work with either business or both without being required to adopt the other model.

The purchase was funded entirely from cash on hand, without external financing or new shares. The price remains subject to customary adjustments and was based primarily on acquired inventory and receivables, net of assumed operating liabilities.

Camfour generated approximately $77.4 million in audited net revenue for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. Some of that revenue came from sales to GrabAGun and will be eliminated when the businesses’ results are consolidated.
