Experis named Leader in Everest Group U.S. IT talent assessment
Everest cited investments in AI-enabled recruitment, worker training and outcome-based services.
Experis has been named a Leader in Everest Group’s 2026 U.S. IT Contingent Talent and Strategic Solutions PEAK Matrix assessment, according to a Sept. 16 statement from parent ManpowerGroup. The assessment covers IT staffing, project solutions and managed services, giving Experis an analyst credential for the broader technology-services business it is promoting alongside talent supply.
Everest evaluates providers on market impact, vision and capabilities, the statement said. Priyanka Mitra, an Everest Group vice president quoted in the announcement, cited Experis’s talent sourcing and technology capabilities in AI, data and analytics, and cloud. She also credited investments in AI-enabled recruitment, worker training and outcome-based services.
Experis U.S. President Kye Mitchell framed the company’s proposition around supplying people equipped to work with AI and deliver business results, rather than access to technology alone. The company’s EXCELERATE AI framework combines identifying potential AI applications, specialized teams and proprietary tools used in software development and recruiting.
One of those tools, Sophie Code, pairs technologists with AI to help accelerate software development, according to the company. Sophie Recruiter applies AI within the hiring process, supporting resume-to-role analysis, interview review, recruiter coaching and candidate scoring. Experis says human decision-making remains central to hiring.
