Dotwork acquired Arcario Group to put enterprise transformation specialists inside the company building its AI-native operating platform, according to an Oct. 27 company announcement. Arcario will anchor Dotwork’s services and forward-deployed engineering organization, placing its staff with customers to connect business priorities, systems and execution.

The deal closed Oct. 23, 2026. Arcario founder and CEO Konstantin Popov joins Dotwork as head of transformation services. Existing Arcario client engagements will continue with their current teams.

Dotwork says its platform links strategy, investment, work, decisions and outcomes across customers’ existing financial and operational systems, rather than replacing those systems. Arcario brings the operating help around that software: identifying gaps between priorities and spending, connecting systems and deploying targeted workflows and AI capabilities.

The two teams had already worked together on enterprise engagements before the acquisition, Dotwork founder and CEO Steve Elliott wrote in a company post. Arcario’s leadership previously built an operating-model practice acquired by Cprime, where it supported large enterprise transformations. Popov also spent years leading project management office work at Chevron, Elliott wrote.

“A great operating platform doesn't automatically create a great operating model,” Elliott wrote.

Dotwork plans to have the combined teams begin with a specific business problem, measure results and expand adoption from there. Customer deployments are also meant to feed back into the software, informing repeatable platform capabilities, according to the announcement.
