TekStream breaks out recruiting business as MissionTek Advisors
The brand builds from more than 75 recruiters and a 200-client track record, with services spanning cleared, technical, commercial and RPO work.
TekStream has broken out its existing recruiting business under a dedicated brand, launching MissionTek Advisors with a nationwide network of more than 75 recruiters and a track record of serving more than 200 clients, according to a Sept. 23 company announcement.
MissionTek targets specialized technical, security-cleared and commercial hiring. It will operate alongside TekStream’s technology business, which remains focused on security, modernization and operations.
Mark Gannon, TekStream’s co-founder and MissionTek’s executive vice president, said the separate brand is intended to bring the recruiting capabilities developed within TekStream to a broader range of organizations.
Federal agencies and government contractors are among the target customers. For employers in defense, intelligence and other federal work, MissionTek offers access to candidates with clearances ranging from secret to what the company describes as polygraph-level clearances. Its technical recruiting covers cybersecurity, cloud, artificial intelligence and engineering.
The remit extends beyond technology roles. MissionTek also recruits across healthcare and corporate functions including finance, human resources and sales. The company says its recruiters average more than 15 years of experience.
Alongside specialized recruiting, MissionTek offers recruitment process outsourcing for employers seeking to expand or supplement their internal recruiting teams as hiring needs change.
