Strada adds Aon partnership and AI cost tool for Workday clients
The company is also expanding its fixed-scope Workday HCM deployment service in the U.S. for employers with up to 3,000 employees.
Strada is adding three pieces to its Workday business: an Aon partnership that links benefits consulting with implementation support, a U.S. expansion of its fixed-scope deployment service for smaller employers, and a calculator meant to estimate Workday AI costs.
The company announced the moves in an Oct. 9 statement ahead of Workday Rising U.S. 2026. Under the Aon agreement, the consulting firm will contribute consulting and benefits expertise, while Strada will provide Workday advisory, deployment, optimization and operational services.
Benefits administration is a focus. Aon is a Workday Wellness Broker Partner, and Strada is a migration and benefits administration partner for Workday Total Benefits.
For smaller employers, Strada is expanding its Express offering in the U.S. following a European launch earlier this year. The fixed-scope Workday Human Capital Management deployment service targets organizations with up to 3,000 employees. Strada says eligible customers can go live in as little as 12 weeks, with three deployment tiers available: Express, Accelerate and Transform.
Strada also plans to unveil a Flex Credit Calculator to help Workday customers estimate their use of AI capabilities and potential costs beyond their existing entitlements. Developed with Strada's Client Advisory Board, the advisory tool uses published Workday Flex Credit rate cards together with an employer's employee population, subscription type and expected AI usage.
The company says the calculator will produce customer-specific consumption and cost projections, helping employers assess where to use AI and whether their plans could incur additional charges. It plans to demonstrate the tool at Workday Rising.
