Lantern launches Glo as AI-native staffing platform
The ATS and CRM replacement pitch centers on ranked recruiter work queues, shared client and candidate rooms, and human review for consequential automation.
Lantern has introduced Glo, a staffing and recruiting platform pitched as a replacement for applicant tracking systems, staffing CRM software and client and candidate portals. Its Oct. 13 announcement puts prioritization at the center of the product: Glo uses information across staffing operations to recommend where recruiters should spend their time.
Glo debuted at the American Staffing Association’s Staffing World conference in Denver, held Oct. 12-14, 2026. Lantern describes it as AI-native, with intelligence embedded across workflows rather than limited to a separate recruiting tool.
The recruiter interface, called The Desk, presents a ranked queue of actions alongside revenue at risk, deadlines and obstacles. The platform draws on information about candidates, jobs, clients, contracts, compliance and revenue to assess urgency and business impact, according to Lantern.
Lantern is also trying to pull clients and candidates into the same system. Client Room lets clients review candidates, provide feedback and track jobs and placements. Candidate Room brings together applicants’ profiles, applications, documents and onboarding progress.
The embedded AI, named Luci, is designed to flag work that is slipping so managers can focus on exceptions. Lantern says Glo supports automation with human review built in for consequential actions.
