HumanTronik buys CloudMoyo, adding a Pune-based Microsoft engineering bench
Revelio estimates CloudMoyo employed 567 people in March; LinkedIn lists HumanTronik at 1-10 employees, and CEO Monish Darda also lists himself as a CloudMoyo co-founder.
HumanTronik, an enterprise AI company that LinkedIn's company data lists at 1-10 employees, has acquired CloudMoyo, a Microsoft-focused engineering and managed-services firm that workforce analytics provider Revelio Labs estimates employed 567 people as of March 2026. The companies announced the deal on Sept. 29 in a joint press release.
Buyer and target share a founder. Monish Darda, HumanTronik's co-founder and chief executive, lists himself on LinkedIn as a co-founder of CloudMoyo since April 2015 and of HumanTronik since April 2026. He is also co-founder and chief mentor of Icertis, the contract-management software company whose platform CloudMoyo implements through its Icertis Contract Intelligence practice. CloudMoyo's chief executive, Manish Kedia, served as president of Icertis from December 2014 to April 2015, overlapping with the start of his CloudMoyo tenure in January 2015, his LinkedIn profile shows. The announcement presents the two companies as acquirer and acquired and makes no mention of Darda's history with CloudMoyo.
What HumanTronik is buying is delivery headcount. Revelio's data places 93.7% of CloudMoyo's workforce in South Asia and about 33 people in North America; the company's own description puts its engineering operations in Pune, India, with headquarters in the Seattle area. The press release describes "forward-deployed delivery teams across the United States." By Revelio's count, Finance and Operations accounts for 43.2% of staff, Engineering 39.3% and Sales and Marketing 17.5%. Median pay runs to $120,000 in North America and $17,000 in South Asia, according to the same data.
Estimates of CloudMoyo's size vary. LinkedIn's company data puts it at 300-400 employees and annual revenue in the $30 million to $40 million range. Revelio's quarterly series shows headcount peaking at 668 in the second quarter of 2023, falling to 522 in the first quarter of 2025 and recovering to 567. Hiring has picked up: Revelio counts 30 active job postings in 2026, up 124.3% from the prior year, with new postings running at about eight a month.
The pitch to customers is that AI pilots are stalling short of production and that someone has to carry them the rest of the way. HumanTronik builds what it calls Human Language Models and governed AI agents that act inside Outlook, Teams and other enterprise systems, running within a customer's own Microsoft tenant with human oversight over consequential actions, according to the release. Its platform sits on Microsoft's Work IQ, Fabric IQ and Foundry IQ, and the combined company says it will deploy "human + agent" teams across business functions. CloudMoyo supplies more than a decade of engineering work on Azure, Fabric and Foundry. It was named a Microsoft Fabric Featured Partner this summer, Kedia wrote on LinkedIn in July.
"Our customers stopped asking whether AI works two years ago. They started asking why none of the benefits reached their numbers," Kedia said in the release. "With HumanTronik, we move into Service as Software."
For now, little changes on the client side. CloudMoyo will keep its brand, with no change to existing customer teams, contracts or service commitments, the companies said, and Kedia will continue to lead it as a HumanTronik company, citybiz reported. The customer list named in the release includes Expeditors, the Mexican railway operator GMXT/Ferromex, Terracon, Investors Title Insurance Company and AIDS Healthcare Foundation, alongside an unnamed foodservice distributor and an unnamed Fortune 500 pipeline operator. Icertis named CloudMoyo its Highest Delivery NPS Partner of the Year. The combined company operates across San Francisco, Seattle, Singapore and Pune.
Darda has been direct about where he thinks this leads organizationally. "AI won't just change how companies operate. It could change how we build them - Fewer layers," he wrote on LinkedIn on Sept. 11, less than three weeks before the deal was announced.
