HiBob chief people officer Nirit Peled-Muntz has been named HR Executive’s 2026 HR Leader of Distinction after a tenure in which the HR software provider grew from 150 employees to more than 1,400, according to the award announcement issued by HR Tech.

The HR function expanded alongside the business, growing from two employees to more than 60, while annual recurring revenue rose from $10 million to $320 million, according to HR Executive’s profile of Peled-Muntz. She joined HiBob in 2020 and built organizational structures and processes to recruit talent globally.

Her team also developed leadership training in-house, designing programs around problems identified by managers and leaders. Those programs drew participation from 91% of leaders. As HiBob expanded internationally, it grouped participants from different regions to build connections across the business.

Employee feedback became a recurring part of that work, through roundtables, one-on-ones and surveys conducted several times a year. Survey participation is about 85%, and voluntary attrition remains below 10%, the profile reported.

Peled-Muntz’s remit now includes AI adoption and work redesign. She told HR Executive that adding agents to existing talent-acquisition tasks is insufficient; the work needs to be reconsidered around where AI can help and where human involvement remains important. Her AI readiness program combines learning, employee champions, experimentation and integration into workflows. More than 95% of HiBob employees have become active AI users, with more than 150 AI agents embedded in workflows, according to the profile.
