Centerline, TrueBlue’s transportation staffing business, has been named a 2026 Top Company for Women to Work in Trucking in a workforce where women make up two-thirds of the team, the company said Oct. 15.

The list is published by Redefining the Road, the Women in Trucking Association’s official magazine, and recognizes employers focused on attracting and retaining women. Selection followed a nomination review and an industry-wide vote involving more than 18,000 transportation professionals, including drivers, HR executives, business leaders, and operations and safety specialists.

Many women at Centerline hold management and leadership positions, TrueBlue said. The award’s evaluation criteria include pay, benefits, flexible work arrangements, professional development, advancement opportunities and a supportive workplace culture.

Centerline’s Respect the Drive program also recognizes drivers and customer partners for their commitment to safety, inclusion and driver support.
